In Maryland a few years ago CPS investigate several reports of child abuse and neglect involving a couple and their two young children. All of the reports were determined to be utterly unfounded and without any merit. The couple believed probably correctly that the reports came from a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired from the couple’s place of business because of misconduct on the job.

The couple sued this disgruntled ex-employee for damages but to prevail in the lawsuit they needed to show that this person had made the false reports and in bad faith. They asked DSS is disclose his identity but they refused citing confidentiality requirements. In turn the couple sued DSS seeking to force them to disclose the name of the person who made the false report.

The Appeals Court ruled against the couple and for DSS to not reveal the identity of the person making the false reports.

This is an opinion question so what do you feel about this?

I’m a business administration major because I enjoy aspects of the business world. I’m very competitive, like to plan everything out, and enjoy math. I also love English, books, and expressing myself creatively. So much so that I write creatively as a hobby. These two sides of my personality are almost like polar opposites. Are there any careers out there that would be perfect (or close to it) for me?
I’ll graduate next semester with a degree in business administration and am fluent in Spanish as a second language.
Another factor I have to consider is whether I’ll be able to find a job where I live in Little Rock, AR??

Why should a company that is, say, in the business of shoe manufacturing
or Car manufacturing
or Flight Instruction
or Pet Hairstyling
be providing Health Insurance? Why should it be an employers responsibility? Healthy workers? Seems sort of unfair to businesses.
Sorry, this is a bit of a rhetorical question. I suppose another way of putting it would be:

Why do so many accept the traditional idea that employers are better suited to provide health insurance/coverage than the government?

Like to know the main difference of the Business Plan and Feasibility Study in terms of the following:
purpose, approach, tone, emphasis, tense (verb used - present, past or future tense), scope and flow of the each of their output…

This is my business, she is my mother, i have to deal with her everyday.

She left her facebook page open when she went to the restroom and I wanted to google something so i clicked on her page to open a new tab and 1 new im. So out of nosiness i read it. I wish i hadn’t. So I got on my laptop and logged into her account [I have her password so I can feed her fish when she is at work] this is exactly what the chat said:
