I just got a job working in an office. The dress code is business casual but my new boss said “More business than casual”… I know the basics, like dress slacks and button up shirts but I just have a couple questions:

Can I wear tunic shirts like the one below to work? Should I just wear a cardigan and dress pants with it? Should I just opt for shorter shirts with slacks and longer dresses with hose?

I also have been seeing alot of “skinny” dress pants…I guess I could wear those and tuck them into boots or something….What do you think? Would that be too casual for the office?
