HI, I am looking for a job in INDEX Process i.e. back office in Bank of America in Gurgaon. But on the company documents it written like it is a non-bank subscidiary of Bank of America. it is like Business process oursoursing by Bank of america. So question which is running in my mind is that if I work with BOA , then whether working experience be considered if I find a job in any Indian Bank (private or govt.) or not? I am confused because I know that it is a big opportunity for me but I am confused that this experience should not be useless.
